ATC Round Up

News // November 08, 2023

What a wild ride ATC has been this year!

Your dedication and generous contributions have not gone unnoticed. This year, our Challengers took on all 50+ miles of trails in the Wissahickon on bike, foot, and horseback. 150 Challengers collectively crushed the trail system nearly 100 times over, clocking in at 4,737.56 miles. That’s a trip from Philadelphia to Denver and back!

The spirit of ATC is exploring every corner of the Wissahickon, from Northwestern Stables to 100 Steps. Once the miles are logged, ATC is also in the spirit of giving.

Our Challengers raised $20,674 to benefit the Park.

These contributions from Challengers, their families, friends, neighbors, and coworkers make our work possible. Every cent raised goes back into our free educational programming, weekly service days, and large-scale capital projects. The park says, “Thank you!”

When you trace the park, remember that it’s ordinary people like you and me who keep the park a beautiful place to be.

Our dedicated Challengers are in for a real treat, thanks to all their hard work. Eligible Challengers, those who logged 50 miles or raised $50, are invited to our ATC Closing Party, where we’ll announce our prize winners!

Thanks to our awesome sponsors, we have some prizes that might make up for some holes in our Challengers running shoes.

We’re giving away the ultimate backyard BBQ set, which includes a groovy cornhole set and more to our fourth-place winner. Third place will be awarded a camper package that includes a picnic backpack and assorted beers from our sponsors, Attic Brewing. Second place will go home with an enclosed camping screen house and a cider flight from another one of our sponsors, Young American Cider. And for all the marbles… a Pocono Resort Trip!

A personalized glamping trip will be gifted to a Challenger who trekked all 50 miles.

Feeling a little envious? There’s always next year’s All Trails Challenge to look forward to!
